Southeastern Line Constructors Chapter was proud to be part of the 2026 Women in NECA Conference in Dallas, TX.
Earlier this month, women from across the electrical construction industry came together to invest in their professional growth, strengthen leadership skills, and engage in meaningful conversations around negotiation tactics, effective communication, and the role of AI in the ever evolving electrical industry.
What stood out most was the connection. Expanding networks, sharing experiences, and building relationships reinforced the strength and support within our industry.
With dynamic speakers, engaging discussions, and record attendance. We’re proud to support and celebrate the women helping shape the future of our industry.
