In March, we attended the 55th Outside Apprenticeship Conference in Puerto Rico, hosted by SELCAT. This annual conference brings together industry leaders from across the country who are committed to strengthening apprenticeship programs and the future of the outside electrical construction industry. With this year’s theme “Better Together,” the conference focused on collaboration across the industry, sharing best practices in training, workforce development, and continuing to invest in the next generation of lineworkers. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with others who are passionate about advancing our industry and supporting the training that keeps crews working safely and efficiently in the field.
